Workshop Initiatives
Our movement exploration & composition workshops are designed for diverse populations interested in movement and art-making. We propose movement experiences that enhance body awareness, new physical possibilities & deeper emotional engagement. Together we explore compositional possibilities that give form and direction to team and individual dance-making processes and projects. These are designed for fun, guided by curiosity, and oriented toward heightened existential well-being.

Workshop Facilitators
Leda Muhana has been composing contemporary dance since her youth, in and out of university programs, student and professional groups. She has a passion for innovation, creativity and the discovery of new dance experiences. A special interest is in developing community connections through the poetics of dance. Learning dance is a form to transcend our own limits and the social barrier these often impose.
David Iannitelli has been a movement improvisor since he become interested in dance, and works to develop expertise in making fun, physical and interesting dances out of the movement material each person reveals as they explore their body in space & time. He works with dance as the projection of an enhanced personal and archetypal reality into which one can move, inhabit & grow through.
